Position: Brand Partnerships + Experiences Coordinator

Location: New York, NY

Your primary responsibilities would include:

  • Assist the Partnerships & Events team with the planning and execution of all “in real life” experiences and support new and existing brand partnerships.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the brand, overall aesthetic and target consumer demographic and utilize those insights to create unique, highly covetable brand experiences.
  • Assist with all aspects of event planning, from initial ideation and logistics to final execution.
  • Create the run of show for events and activations, as well as post-event recaps and reporting.
  • Partner with the social media and influencer relationships team to conceptualize buzzworthy giftings to influencers and brand partners.
  • Support social media efforts and collaborations where brand partnerships are concerned.
  • Work with various vendors to produce branded merchandise for events and new product launch support, manage and meet timelines.
  • Work with creative team to brief in and bring to life branded event invites, materials etc.
  • Help cultivate new relationships with like-minded brands and assist in managing.
  • existing relationships with existing brand partners.
  • Help manage and support our ongoing relationship with Vail Resorts and Aspen Skiing Company.
  • Work closely with our distribution center to place, track and follow-up with product orders for events and brand partners.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, specifically how other brands are collaborating and creating unique experiences.

A successful hire will likely possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation; ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Beauty/skincare obsessed, Instagram and pop culture savvy.
  • Experience in event concepting, planning and execution.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to work well under pressure.
  • Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team.
  • Roll up your sleeves attitude, no project is too big or too small to take on.
  • Highly creative and innovative with a love for creating a surprise and delight experiences.
  • Ability to manage valuable relationships and collaborate with both internal and external partners.

Position: Supply Chain Operations Manager

Location: San Antonio, TX

Your primary responsibilities would include:

  • Lead end to end Supply Chain functions: Production Planning, Purchasing, Logistics and Order Fulfillment.
  • Direct manufacturing partners to stock and maintain required levels of raw materials to support the sales forecast and safety stock requirements.
  • Maintain and Improve ERP systems including cloud based Point of Sale and Forecasting and Procurement software.
  • Ensure seamless flow of orders and stock movement are maintained between the website, Point of Sale system and 3PL warehouses.
  • Manage EDI connections and ensure documents are transmitted accurately and in a timely manner to all key EDI retailers.
  • Oversee Quality Control processes to ensure components and finished goods meet established standards.
  • Work with international Freight Forwarding and domestic Logistics partners to ensure the timely delivery of manufacturing components and finished goods.
  • Responsible for devising and maintaining highly effective inventory management practices across all locations and systems.
  • Spearhead monthly reconciliation of inventories at offsite manufacturing and vendor locations.
  • Improve processes and uncover cost savings opportunities on a consistent basis.

A successful hire will likely possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree. Supply Chain Management or Operations Management preferred.
  • 5+ years of Consumer Goods Supply Chain experience required.
  • Demonstrated success in leveraging technology to facilitate efficient and effective demand planning, fulfillment and inventory management.
  • Experience managing Forecasting and Procurement Systems.
  • Superior technical skills are required, including strong Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to drive positive change, navigate challenging situations and assertively push vendors and manufacturers to achieve results while maintaining healthy relationships.
  • Great communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, high growth environment.

Position: Purchasing Associate

Location: San Antonio, TX

Your primary responsibilities would include:

  • Manage full life cycle of the Purchasing process from PO submission to delivery of goods.
  • Work effectively with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure orders are placed within lead time and stay on track until delivery.
  • Review open Purchase Orders on a regular basis and conduct weekly meetings with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure production and delivery timelines are met.
  • Interact with internal Research & Development, Sales and Marketing teams to help facilitate new product launches, sampling programs, special promotions and sourcing of new components and collateral as required.
  • Liaise with Logistics partners to schedule shipments and delivery of products, components and collateral.
  • Oversee the Assembly process at the 3PL warehouse to ensure proper stock of Kits and Tester Units are available at all times.
  • Reconcile inventories at offsite manufacturing and vendor locations.
  • Work closely with Production Planning to ensure orders are placed on time to ensure proper safety stock is maintained for all products.
  • Improve processes and uncover cost savings opportunities on a consistent basis.

A successful hire will likely possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree. Supply Chain Management or Operations Management preferred.
  • 3+ years Purchasing experience preferably in a consumer goods manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems and managing Forecasting and Procurement software
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Must be very comfortable with asserting yourself to push suppliers to improve delivery dates in the face of rapid growth and unforeseen challenges that arise on a regular basis.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Great communication skills and ability to multitask.
