45-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

At Supergoop LLC (“Supergoop!”), we stand behind our products and quality controls.  If you are not satisfied with a Supergoop! product you purchased from our website or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement product within 45 days of the date of purchase. 

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.  The guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.

 

How to Claim the Guarantee

If you purchased from an authorized seller, please first contact the authorized seller from which you purchased your product.  If you are unable to resolve the issue with your authorized seller, please submit a guarantee request by contacting us via chat at supergoop.com or emailing hello@supergoop.com. 

If you purchased from supergoop.com, please visit our Return Center to initiate your guarantee claim.  Products purchased through supergoop.com may not be returned or exchanged at any retail location that sells Supergoop! products.

 In either case, please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product and reason for your dissatisfaction.  You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase (such as receipts or credit card statements), submit photos of your product or its packaging, mail the unused portion of your product or its UPC to us, present written evidence of an attempted return with the retailer, or provide other information to assist us in processing your request. 

You must submit your guarantee request within 45 days of the date of original purchase.  Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.

 

Guarantee Guidelines

 We reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny guarantee requests in our discretion in cases of suspected fraud, suspected counterfeit product, or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused the guarantee.  We may amend or terminate the guarantee at any time without notice.
